How you get paid matters
Three ways we work.
The only thing you need to know before quoting is who is paying you.
There are three answers, and we tell you which one applies up front.

Maintenance coordination
You contract with the homeowner and invoice them directly, at your own rates. We book the visit, arrange access, and check the work when it is done.
We add nothing to your invoice and take nothing from you.

Project Management
The homeowner contracts with you and pays you directly. We manage the job on their behalf and charge them openly for it.
Your quotation reaches them in full, exactly as you wrote it.

Steward Projects
You work for us. We quote the homeowner for the whole job, you give us your number for your part, and we pay you.
You never invoice the homeowner and never chase anyone for payment.
